    Yahoo has serious flaw in mobile version, i send a mail from the Desktop, when i see the same mail from mobile, there is difference in text.

  2. Can't find my phone numbers associated with my account.

    I received an email that said another phone number was added to my account but I can't see what that phone number is. Why not??!!!

  5. Not receiving SMS verification codes for Yahoo Mail accounts in the Philippines

    We aren't receiving SMS verification codes for my yahoo mail phone number and for my dad's yahoo mail phone number. It appears to be a problem with Globe Telecom in the Philippines. Can you not call the numbers instead?

    Send the unique verification code by Both text and email. If your email is only on a desktop system and you are using a laptop or mobile device that does not have email, the text is essential.

  13. I have to go through tons of hoops and can barely log into my account every time, but yet every week some one hacks my account.

    Privacy needs to be fixed. I have to go through all sorts of hoops to get into my own account, but somehow someone manages to hack my account once a week. Then it takes too much time to try and change my password every time. I have never had this issue with my other emails. Why just Yahoo?

  15. My email address is controlled by an old crazy boyfriend of mine and I can’t remove myself from his account

    I helped an old boyfriend create a “rocketmail” email address 7 years ago with my yahoo account and have been unable to separate our accounts since then. Somehow he is the owner of my yahoo account. I am unable to change my name on the account because he owns it. I have had to transfer all of my yahoo correspondences to a new gmail account, and will soon close the yahoo account.

  17. How about more vigilance with spam and phishing emails. My yahoo account was compromised 30 times in 2 years. 26 ARE THROUGH YAHOO MAIL!

  18. I have 1 mobile you have number and 1 computer which i am using. No other devices to send information to you.

    I have only 1 mobile. You have the number. I do not have other active devices. Just the mobile and my computer which I am using. Please allow for the elderly disabled who rely on the computer and emails to receive important health communications. Thank you

  19. Again I comment about how ****** Yahoo commenting is. I'm pretty much done.

    I didn't think Yahoo commenting could get worse. I was very wrong. The feature that now allows you to click reply to a comment which then brings you to some random comment among thousands (after seeing the correct comment to reply to for about .5 seconds) is truly one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. Just horrible user experience. Then every time I try to submit a comment about how bad the commenting is, the system logs me out, although I WAS LITERALLY commenting from my profile. Is Yahoo trying to get rid of users? If so, great job!…
