    I used to have internet essentials until June/July 2021, it was with Comcast.net. I do not have enough words to express my satisfaction with Comcast. I was working with DOJ until then. Then Xfinity came. They asked me to change my gateway (box), and they gave me a new password for my laptop. That change destroyed my home office - Brother MFC (including fax, scanning, and copying).   3. Change preference location to philippines

    Please change the preference location to Philippines so that I enter my phone number. The country location always is Australia so I cant create a new one . Please change it to Philippines or put the Philippines in the choices

  6. Don't combine two emails into one account, give members the option. I had two separate emails for a reason, Yahoo combined them.

    Two separate emails - that way you don't have to chose which email you are sending an email from. Has caused problems with private emails.

  8. Stop blocking access to ALL my accounts for "security reasons" at the same time

    If you block ALL a person's accounts then none of them can be retrieved by accessing any of the others. And if your "security concern" is that none was used for over a week, then WAS used after that - I was AWAY for a week with no access! If you expect me to use an access code EVERY single time I open up an account (or alternatively keep my browser open all day, which is security-stoopid) then you make users angry enough to change providers. Not a threat, just sick and tired of being treated like an idiot!!!

  9. EVERY SIGNIN, asked to go thru Verify me due to suspicious activity, yet not on 2 step?ae

    Even multiple times a day??? WHY...I check and there is NO suspicious activity and acct says Your account looks great - no security issues at this time. WTF! How do I make this STOP... Its a P.I.A. to need to do this EVERY SIGN-IN! I aint changing my password. This is crazy to need to do this EVERY Sign-in

  10. 2 step verification? I turned it off. Just send me a text. App makes the process much more difficult and time consuming.

    I turned off 2 step verify because it took too long. You used to send me a text but now it is through Yahoo app which I dont use otherwise. Why did you ***** it up? Took way TOO long and I dont want another app cluttering up my phone! Especially one I dont use. Also you have an old email address for the alternative. Bring back text for verify.

  14. Limit number of ID's on message boards

    One poster uses more than a 1000 different ID's, check SPY...ZIM message boards....He renders boards useless with his constant Posting...He post almost every second of every waking hour. Poster post all over Yahoo, replying to himself...99% of everything you see on the above mentioned boards comes from this poster....Boards are useless...I thank you.......

    due to fact I havent found any real-time support or support task ID, I have to use this form to let you know about my problem.

  18. Improve SPAM blocking with small change

    I can't block any more spam senders because I have reached the limit. If you have to cap the number, make an option so that the user can overwrite the oldest ones used, so that the 1000 (or whatever the limit is0 is the 1000 most recently used spam addresses.

    Also, the only way i can delete them is one at a time, and there is no option to sort them based on when they were entered. Allowing editing with sorting based on date entered, date last matched, or alpha, and allowing multiples (all, none, multiple check boxes) would be…

  20. I am getting lots of spam on a daily basis. I am spaming emails and i get them back the next day.

    Something needs to be done with the amount of spam i am getting daily. Yahoo should be doing a better job.
