    Stop charging for password recovery. You guys are the worst and are probably only in business for this reason. Got locked out of my account and had to pay a monthly service fee to retrieve my account....thanks. you are the worst

  11. Provide meaningfull information to issues, ie We confirm the issue we expect to resolve it by [date].r

    Fix the issues which are not working. Remove links or annotate links to not working Apps (like App Password Generator) to say when they are expected to be back in service.

  20. Of late I am having serious problem in accessing yahoomail. It is asking for changing password everytime. It is quite irritating.
