  2. why unable to see my old mail which i received

    I opened my mail after some time.. I had password issues, so i used forget password and created new password

    tried to login with new password, after logged inn, unable to see any of my old mails i received so far. no mails also in the Inbox as well as Sent box etc,

    hi am shocked with this. why so? how to retrieve my mails..

    how secure now yahoo mail.

  4. i am unable to delete an email address from my account. I left and don't have access to that email anymore. i hit edit and it starts to lea

    continuation. it starts to lead me thru a process to send a code to the email address i don't have access to anymore. that's like when you want to get a new password and have to enter the old password to do it, a futile safety effort on your part since i'm asking for a new password because i don't remember the old one.

    The problem in this case is that you tell me to use the edit symbol in the box for the email that i want to remove. IT HAS NO EDIT SYMBOL. it was verifited 7 years…

  6. Fix third party app generator

    I will not be using Yahoo mail until i can set it up in Outlook. I am now going to go change ALL accounts with the Yahoo email to a different service. i don't understand why you do not want us using Outlook to access our email.

  9. Stop making it so hard to log into my email

    Everytime I log in lately I have to make a new email password, and verify with my phone. It's stupid. What's the point in having a password, especially one with security-specifications, if I have to verify with my phone? I have 2SV turned off, and I want it that way.

  10. By punishing the intruder who removed the previously added Yahoo app and reconnected it today

    Hi! I have to complain that an unknown person accessed my Yahoo account and removed the Yahoo Mail app access. After sometime the app was again connected. All this happened without my knowledge and permission. Surprisingly the intruders accessed my phone to use two step verification. Now I have been getting error messages on accessing one newly created Yahoo mail account. However I have successfully recovered my existing mailboxes but the intruders/criminals need to be punished severely so that they can never dare to touch anyone's Yahoo account. Thank you!

  17. safety on account for hacking

    I change my password often due to hacking this number 309-989-1222 keeps adding to my account to access my stuff also for verification sent out. I'm so very concerned how easy they break in to yahoo and how it keeps happening after I change my password so frequently. Better security is need for customers and a way to report besides password change that doesn't work.
