2. Email installation in Mojave crashes the system

   Trying to install the Yahoo account on Mojave OSX and it works until I confirm not to be a robot and then after I put in the Password, it crashes the MAIL client from apple. Further more, Yahoo thinks that action was succesful and sends you an email to another account to confirm that someone has setup an new account. This is a bummer and will never happen with Google. Seems that a woman is running the company, forgive me but its pretty tough these days to speak to humans. I like someone to help to reinstall that Yahoo account.    Yahoo mail is full of scam, yahoo app self is a scam it won't allow me to change a. personal info that has an error that I made. they rather take my false personal info than a real one.

4. Unsubscribe recommedation sents a email via user account ? or this is security issue ?

   Hi ,

   I recently installed yahoo mobile app. I was presented with a unsubscribe recommedation option. I did click few unsubscribe.

   I want to know whether unsubcribe option sents a automatic email from the user account.

   Reason I am asking this is because i see few emails been send from my account to email id's like one below

   There are atleast 20-30 emails sent to such random email id's.

   Please confirm if this is sent by unsubcribe feature or somebody hacked my account and these emails were sent ?

6. Up-sold to change a misspelled alternate email account - what?!

   I happened to misspell my alternate email account, and because I have 2-step authentication I was unable to reset my passord. I would get the code on my cell, enter it, then it would want a code to my alternate email...and stuck! I called support and they made me upgrade my support service to Premium (12.99 / month) in order to have them update my alternate email (really?!). I asked if I could cancel anytime, and fortunately that was a yes. I called right back and cancelled it - and it cost me $12.99 to change my password in the end. This is just a lousy up-sale scheme. You lost a fan that has been with you for so many years.

10. Problem with hacked account

    Hello,
    I need your help.
    Let start with the problem. Problem is that i cant login into yahoo mail cause someone hacked my account. Meanwhile that person also changed recovery mail and recovery phone number, so im not able to do anything, tried most of the things but without succeed.
    Last resort was this mail to You, i really hope You can help me, cause this lost account contains many important infos for me. Im your user since 2009 i think and never had this kind of problem.
    Anyway my account name was vidakdoknic@yahoo.com and if you want a password i can write You as soon as You see this mail. And if You cant help me please point me to someone who can.

12. STOP ASKING ME FOR 2-STEP VERFICATION!!!!!!!!! If I wanted it, I'd set it up. This is the 2nd time this month you've forced it anyway!

    You have multiple people and votes telling to to STOP this 2-factor ID when when we have it selected as off. This is the second time this month that you've forced a 2-factor ID on me and I have NEVER had 2-factor ID turned on. I've verified it's off each time, and it always is. On top of this STOP asking me to use my phone # as a back up, if I'd wanted that to be my back up access method, I'd have set it up that way. Quit nagging and BACK OFF on verification! Plus, I had to "prove I'm not a robot" before I even entered my password today on an account I've had for years. DON'T ask me to prove I'm not a robot unless I'm setting up a new email account!!

14. I am closing my centurylink email only next wk. Using google for one acct. and Yahoo for another

    I got a notice from you that I need to change my password for yahoo. This is really difficult for me to do since I am going to use google as another email. Actually creating one for JUNK and SPAM and the yahoo as my GOOD important email. I have not cut off centurylink yet, not till next wk. but I figured I could everything set up when I do a mass emailing on people who I know and important emails and then gmail fo the junk stuff you know selling, advertising, non essential emails. what do I need to do to make this a safe site on my laptop and phone.
