  5. Yahoo has stopped recognizing passwords. I've changed my password twice now and it won't recognize the password. I keep having to change it

    I should not have to redo my password every time I sign in. This is an irritating bug and it needs to be fixed!

  6. impossible to discover where to change password - especially on mobile.

    You press your profile account profile. An option to change your password should be right there. I tried for 10 minutes to find it in your mobile app. Found it after 5 minutes on the webapp. Oh and I am in IT..

  11. Your moderator or moderators for violation guidelines are rejecting EVERY msg i say even if its as boring as Hi Mom! This needs to be fixed

    Your yahoo guidelines moderators need to have a supervisor reprimanding them for their actions. Even if i say Hi Mom it is automatically REJECTED!!   13. allow the 2 step verification to access locked account. I lost my Lainy61 account because i changed my phone number, but 2step verify failed

    when I attempted to access my account , I wasnt given ability to use 2 step verification from a google account. Make it easier to verify, because there is no way to get Yahoo assistance without paying for it.
