  1. Yahoo Opening Page is not content I trust as accurate. Advertising has taken over.

    The Opening Page content is frustrating, and we cannot tell if it's a news story or just a way to get us to open the page, and I'm finding myself not trusting the content Yahoo is putting out. I'm not one who only looks at one point of view, but the stories do not seem accurate and are just sensationalized. Please take a look at content, article titles, and advertising for accuracy. Thanks

  4. Allow customers to correct mistakes

    I mistakenly deleted my recovery email address; this is / was my wife's

    Tried to reload it but it was not accepted . Tried searching through your help and contact pages but no help. Have spent an hour before in frustration typing this!

    You need to provide a simple recovery solution which could be used within minutes (or seconds) of making a mistake.
    Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. spam filter

    I'm still being charged annually for the Yahoo mail account and now I'm being asked to upgrade to Mail+. Considering more spam gets through my yahoo account than any of my free accounts I feel like this has been manipulated. Just today I have received about 10 spam messages. And that was all before lunch!

  16. Take Users to yahoo feedback page that clearly is directly pertinent to immediate feedback or change "feedback" links to a true title

    New Posts does not reflect yahoo "feedback", just as for example, a link titled 'close' should not take a User to a page or window affording nothing visible to either 'closed' or link buttons like 'close what'. Yahoo feedback link misdirects Users to community forum, etc., and therein neglects to show anything relative to posting yahoo feedback with regards to the previous yahoo page offering the 'feedback' relative to the yahoo page that originated the yahoo feedback link. Lights are on, but doesn't look like anybody's home.

  19. Stop making me add a different email and phone number. I only have 1 phone number and email. This has now caused me so much of a headache!!

    I only have 1 phone # and 1 email. Now my account is messed up because I had to add my teenagers info. This should be an option not a requirement!
