The Portfolio Create isn't working with Merrill Lynch.
The program brings accounts into Yahoo Finance no the individyual stocks. It worked before but no now. Frustrating -

The nasdaq 100 heatmap double counts the GOOG/GOOGL market cap
The diagram shows GOOG and GOOGL each with $4.8T market cap, roughly equal to AAPL market cap. This is twice the correct market cap and twice the correct diagram area. The double counting exaggerates GOOG and obscures other nasdaq stocks in the heatmap diagram.

You used to show market open / closed status, with a clock showing the time until the markets closed. You've removed that, for some insane reason. Bring it back!

Yahoo Finance Charts are lagging a few minutes
Dear,
When going to Yahoo Finance > Search for SPY ETF > Advanced Chart, I noticed that the real time updates of the price quote and charts are lagging a few minutes behind. The performance of the price and chart updates is not optimal. Can you please improve the performance so that real time quotes are really real time quotes?

Foreign exchange rate
Give four decimals instead of two to express foreign exchange rate. For instance we see 1 CHF = 0.78$. This can be 0.775$ or 0.7849 - big differences!

Put analyst price targets on the same page/tab as earnings forecasts
I have started using another site because of the unnecessary click required every time I want to see a stock’s price target and EPS projections. Yahoo used to have these on one page. Thanks.

Proper reporting of revenues and expenses
With some frequency I find that Yahoo Finance, which I like very much, is improperly reporting earnings. Just today, (5/11/26) while showing that Bloom Energy's P/E ratio is not positive in the stats overview box, going down the page to look at the quarterly and annual numbers Yahoo is showing positive earnings, e.g., for FY25. Those data do not jibe. Google Finance correctly shows a BE loss for FY25.
This happens more often than one would expect, which makes it hard to trust the numbers Yahoo Finance is reporting. Thanks for looking into this

It is incredible how in recent times the Yahoo Finance tool has declined drastically. Charts that are not updated on time, reset out of nowhere, currently do not show the value of the stock accordingly so they are of no use.
They ruined how basic, simple and functional Yahoo Finance was at some point, the new interface is terrible and does not even provide security for the data that can be viewed.12th ranked -
Simplification of Holdings-Total Cash page
Mainly for split-screen users, the columns "Type" and "Currency" on the Total Cash page are an issue which could be overcome by their elimination or by becoming an optional column. For example, I manually transfer (or compare) data from by brokerage accounts on the right half screen to YF! on the left half. These two interloping columns cause the YF! side to be so large that seeing my "Notes" section (which designates which account a particular row covers) requires going to full screen then back to split screen.
