Are Human players allowed to reach 1900 Rating, because when I did - (READ ON BELOW) 12-01-2024
As soon as I reached 1900 rating I was cut down by ENGLISH!
I shot at the 8 ball on the rail between the corner pockets, I put totally- right English, so the Q-ball would go directly to the rail, instead of that, on the last shot of the game, the ball came straight back on the rail and scratched in the opposite corner pocket ( That happened on EASY) then the next game it did the same - out of nowhere the q-ball rolls & rolls for another scratch ( AGAIN ON EASY PLAY)
The very next game, I won, but the computer or game took 32 points away, so in 3 games, (on EASY PLAY) - 2 out of nowhere, scratches, a win, but I lost 32 points in the process, so totally I lost 96 unanswered points taken away,
MASQUE NOT ALLOWING A HUMAN PLAYER to reach an 1900 rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9:00pm 12/01/2024 - **** Q ball did it again - I put right english, instead the ball, once again, came straight back and scratched again, - that's 3 times out of 4 plays not including the win, I got, but points, were taken away, so in 4 games I have lost 128 points, after reaching the 1900 mark (Rating).

I wonder, if any players, would come to this game room,
knowing they weren't going to be allowed, to succeed.
That is a major PROBLEM, and it should be told up front, to all Players.
