Easier customer support
A preset menu of issues does not cover all the issues your customers experience. Like me. You need a live chat pot that will help get to the root of an issue and help resolve it for your customer. I lost my progress on farm merge Valley and cannot get anyone help from Yahoo. Your troubleshooting menu does not provide a selection that addresses this issue for me. Do better Yahoo.
