1) Show the latest emails on top when it is part of previous email string or response. 2) The attchements get disappeared during when I send
I am your paid customer and have been using Yahoo Mail since 1993, but your service need attention which is not User friendly now.
1) How do you see the latest email on TOP, so your customers don't have to spend time scrolling down? This should be logical, but your email keeps the OLD on top which is annoying.
2) My attachment disappears after I respond to the original email. This is also annoying and waste my time.
Previous version of your Yahoo Mail did not have these problems. -
page load only 25/50 emails at a time
For someone who gets a lot of emails, it is difficult to manage when all 1000 emails load at once.
Would be nice if it could be set to show 50 emails per page, like Gmail. -
easy update of contacts
I and others i know that use Yahoo have a rough time updating the contacts.

hello, somehow i managed to contract the navigation on my account today and it took me a good while to discover how to expand it back.
maybe put an on/off switch at the bottom somewhere?

I recently transitioned to Yahoo! Mail from Xfinity (Comcast.net). While I like many of the the new features and security controls, I do not like the readability aspect of the inbox page and when I open an email.
I cannot easily slide the left inbox or right preview panes to enlarge the primary read pane. The top navigation row w/featured tabs row below scrunches the read pane into a smaller box. There is no easily accessible settings icon (gear symbol) on the main pg. to quickly change views/privacy controls/etc.

The Trash vs Mark as Spam moves back and forth and creates problems
I've been accidently marking many emails as spam because the links accessed by my cursor arrow keep moving back and forth inbetween emails.
Can we keep those click options from moving/stay in one place? will really help move through emails more quickly without inadvertant SPAM designations. Does this make sense? -

Lower top icons plus allow starring in list view.
I am struggling to see the top of the page in Samsung browser (on my Galaxy S7 FE). Specifically my icon in order to log out.
Can you move it down a few centimetres please?I'd like to able to star items from the list as before, rather than going into each one.
Also, it can't tell what's open. But it looks as though you are on to that problem already.

Make email search functional
When I use sort by sender name, it doesn't work. emails from Allstate are mixed in with Robinhood and Zacks. Please make this actually sort by sender.
Also give an option to exclude images. It provides no value and makes the navigation more cluttered.

This new program takes to many steps to do anything from reading emails to deleting or printing. Just to many steps.

move the dialog box 1/2 inch higher
When I delete an email, a little dialog box appears telling me that the message was deleted (moved, etc). Perfect. Love that! But the box appears right over the task bar and as I move on the delete the next email, the dialog box is right over the trash can... so I either have to x out the dialog box (which is an extra step every time) or wait until the dialog box disappears (which slows me down). If the box was like 1/2 inch higher... it would be perfect! thanks.

Fix the PDF E-Signature Preview Bug or Default to the Old Features
The attached PDF file we previewed in the emails didn't contain the E-Signature our company needed to verify with our clients. When we downloaded the PDF file it showed the E-Signatures. This caused some miscommunications and confusions.

I’m using the new Yahoo Mail app on Windows 11 and have noticed that sub-folders in the folder pane collapse automatically. When new messages arrive in a sub-folder, they’re not visible until I manually expand the parent folder.
This behavior makes it easy to miss important messages unless I constantly check and expand folders. I’d love to see an option to keep sub-folders expanded persistently or have the app auto-expand folders with unread messages.

Always show the Mailboxes list
Please add the option to permanently show the list of Mailboxes expanded in the left side menu, like it was in Classic. The new Mailbox list only shows in a popup when you mouse over the current Mailbox's icon at bottom left. That is awkward and difficult to switch to each my 5 Mailboxes. Also the Mailbox's icon is not enough to identify it, need to also permanently show the full email address of the Mailbox by the icon.

Closing the last remaining tab brings me to "inbox primary" but scrolled down 2 days ago. Why? Ideally, it should go to the top. I'd also rather have a setting for my preference to default to "inbox - all" and not just "primary".
