WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  2. Search by sender name vs. subject line

    I really like searching by Sender name rather then subject line. Searching by subject line does not pull all the mail from one sender. Can that option be re-instated.

  6. Trashed emails will not delete, they keep coming back into Trash folder everyday

    Everyday I have to go to the Trash and delete 80-90 emails. The next day they are all back. some are dated Jan, 2024. Sick of doing this, HELP!!!

  10. If I do a search on my inbox the option to move to a folder is not there

    Example: I did a search on my inbox for one of my utility companies. I clicked all of the boxes next to the emails I want to move to the folder of the same name. Can't find a way to move them. My options are archive, delete, mark as unread, and mark as spam. Next to that is a menu when you click the three dots ... Mark as unread, star, unstar, block sender. I have gone to the folder itself and right-clicked, and that menu doesn't move any marked emails either. In the old Yahoo mail (which I prefer…

  11. Where are my contact !

    I am unable to find my contact in Yahoo mail ! I wish there was an easy to access tab on the left panel that would take me to my contacts. This should be an easy fix.

  12. In the old version, I could click on, "photos," and it would show all photo attachments. I can't do that in the new version.

    Put the photos folder back in that would show all photos.
