Why can't I 'sort" by sender? I want to sort my inbox in order by sender so I can easily see all the emails from one person/sender and review/delete quickly

What happened to 3000+ e-mails
Dear Sirs,
I was very uneasy about switching to the Yahoo service. I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for over 30 years. I have lost easily several thousand e-mails in the transition. Many of those I would likely have deleted anyway but now it seems like I have maybe a hundred e-mails when it was formerly in the thousands. Is there anyway to retrieve everything that has been lost?
What does your statement mean, "I have a product subscription that includes technical support?" That was not a requirement with Comcast/Xfinity or was it included in my monthly fee? Does Yahoo… -
Spam Emails
Why are all these spam emails allowed to come through? Many should be reported for content. I have used up all my blocked privileges so just have to keep deleting them now but this is excessive to receive all this spam and disturbing content daily , spam should be blocked also and not up to me to keep blocking and now i can't block any more, only delete
Please make sure you are marking these emails as spam instead of just deleting. Also, if they are newsletters please make sure you unsubscribe from these. We will also share this with our anti-spam team. Thank you!

Hi there, sort alphabetical....we do have sort by sender, which is most requested by our Community. Sort be sender can work the same. If you disable Conversation view under your Settings, you will see Sort By Sender as one of your choices. Hope this helps!

Mobile app Sender Info is Broken
On the mobile app, I can no longer see who the actual sender is when I view their "card". The information simply does not load.

Search by Sender not working
"Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear..." does not work for me. Instead, the ticking square appears.
Hi Jan, we provided a screenshot of the search by sender function. From your Inbox, with your mouse if you hover over the sender's avatar/logo, you will see the spy glass icon. Thanks.

functional search engine with easy navigation
As a long-time Yahoo Mail user, I would like to point out that with the latest version of this mail I have a problem with searching for emails by sender name.
I don't get what I need at all and like it was in the previous version.When I select to see an email from a specific name, I don't get just the name I need, but all possible emails sent by others. It completely blocks my quick browsing and selection activities.
Please show me a solution.

Storage -- Dark Pattern UX
It should be a given that an email provider gives a user a way to sort by size of the email. With the new storage limit, it seems like you've neglected this critical feature in an attempt to get users to purchase storage from you. It doesn't appear in my inbox, even on desktop, and doesn't even appear in the "helpful" options you provide to manage storage. As a long time yahoo user, I am floored by this dark pattern.

Sort by Sender
Need to be able to sort by SENDER!
You've taken this away in the previous version AND in the new version
This is a NECESSARY sort as you can then sort then do what you want with them as a Group!
As it is now, there is no way to sort by sender at all (that anyone can find). -
Bulk delete from specific sender
There used to be the option to select all the email from a specific sender to GROUP DELETE. Can we have that back?

Searching for (messages) by sender, or by subject
In the old email, there is a circle next to the sender, when you click on that circle, ALL email from that sender appears. You can do the same with subject. There is no need to retype any of that information. It was much easier.
