What happened to 3000+ e-mails
Dear Sirs,
I was very uneasy about switching to the Yahoo service. I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for over 30 years. I have lost easily several thousand e-mails in the transition. Many of those I would likely have deleted anyway but now it seems like I have maybe a hundred e-mails when it was formerly in the thousands. Is there anyway to retrieve everything that has been lost?
What does your statement mean, "I have a product subscription that includes technical support?" That was not a requirement with Comcast/Xfinity or was it included in my monthly fee? Does Yahoo bill me now or will it still be Xfinity as my Internet Service Provider? What is the fee for Yahoo technical support?
Xfinity does not respond for Xfinity suport. And "help.yahoo.com" does not work either.
"E-mail messages longer than 25 mb will be put in a Special Folder." Where do I find that folder?
I've always wanted the ability to delete automatically any message over 30 days old. Xfinity/Comcast said they could not do that on multiple occasions. All these Internet Service Providers spend Billions if not Trillions of dollars and storage for all this junk mail on their servers. Why do you not offer an Auto Delete feature that will save you hundreds of millions in storage fees and at the same time reduce the headaches for every customer having to spend hours each day deleting junk mail?!?!
Please have someone respond to my e-mail at hdrandol@comcast.net where I can get some help. Either that or call me at 470-738-4686. Yahoo and Xfinity have completely wrecked my E-mail Service. It looks like I will have to start all over again with a New Service and a New E-mail to resume a normal flow of E-mail. THIS TRANSITION WILL COST ME HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF UNNECESSARY TROUBLESHOOTING. TIME AT MY AGE IS AT A PREMIUM AND YOU SEEM TO HAVE NO QUALMS ABOUT RUINING SENIOR CITIZENS LIVES. SHAME ON YOU!
