Improper Spam Email
There are some improper Spam Emails that I block from coming back and I also unsubscribe and it keep coming back every day. I also clip on the part that said delete all Email from this sender and still coming back. Please help.

The bulk delete of all messages in a folder is not functioning, even though it says it is. To solve this I looked for a tool to delete the entire "facebook" folder, which has nearly 480,000 emails in it, so I can get my total memory usage down within the 20GB limit, but there does not seem to be a tool to delete a folder from the folder list. Since the bulk delete is not functioning, you have to scroll down repeatedly to load more emails in the screen, so the most you can delete at once is about 1,100…

How about not deleting decades of history
Imagine a world where there are RNA programming injections, self-driving cars, satellites, rocket ships, and yet we have e-mail boxes that delete your entire history (inbox, sent, saved) mail because you didn't log in for a year. How antiquated, and laughable that company would be.

Bulk Delete is freezing my page
Bulk Delete of Trash and Spam is freezing up my page. It has a serious lag with the newer update. Freezing bulk delete has even caused my personal folder to clear out. When I thought the Trash was deleted already, I opened my personal folder, only to have the lag catch up then freeze my page while my personal folder was open. The screen goes grey and a pop up says it was emptying the trash and it took my personal folder items with it. Please fix this lag.

I dont see I have used over 25gb of space by adding everything in all my folders but it shows I have maxed my space.

Why do I have to tap twice on an email to delete it? Half the time I open it and I have to go back. Very annoying and time consuming.

Allow users to block more than 3 sender domains
I need the ability to block more than 3 sender domains. I am dealing with one persistent spam campaign that constantly rotates sender addresses and domains, making the current 3-domain limit ineffective. I would like Yahoo Mail to allow users to block more domains, ideally at least 20–50 domains, so persistent spammers can be effectively stopped instead of having their messages continuously fill the Spam folder.

After selecting emails and marking them as read or unread, emails are unselected automatically.
After selecting emails and marking them as read or unread, they are automatically deselected. This necessitates reselection of the same emails to delete them. The automatic unselection is problematic and should be changed.

New system has been deleting older emails, can we change this?
I had old emails that just were gone one day a few weeks ago when I got into my email account, with the new "keep your emails up to date" it's deleting emails automatically, why?? As of now anything I had before July 13th 2026 are gone, I didn't delete them the yahoo system did. Can we please look into this and change it, I hold onto some emails for a long period of time if there is something I may need to check or get back to. Thanks
One change you'll see is a new feature called Inbox Categories. So you'll see at the top of your Inbox, your emails are now organized in Categories. If you're not seeing all your emails, it might be because you're in the Priority tab. Please go to your "All" tab so you can see all your emails. Thanks.

Auto delete idea
2 suggestions.
1- I would like to change my trash auto delete from 7 days to 30 days.
2- I would love to be able to set my categories separately to delete after specific time. for example, all "offers" should auto delete after 30 days (because they are probably expired by then anyways). -
Make it possible to delete lots of messages at once
I have over 900 messages from Alzheimer's Association
- you only let me delete 254 at a time, and I don't have the patience to click thru deleted 36 times.

for multiple selection, don't increase the # before the last message is shown
when you choose multiple selection, it will first select let's say 50 messages out of hundreds. when you scroll down to check the messages that are selected, before you can verifty the 50th message, it automatically adds another 25 to the selection. you scroll down to check the 75th message and before you can do so, it adds another 25 to the selection. Please either make it so that it doesn't automatically add messages or make it so that one can check the last selected message before automatically adding additional messages to multiple selection.

Get Rid of Unwanted Contacts
Please bring back the ability to automatically delete unwanted top contacts in your search bar that automatically pop up instead of being permanently stuck there/appearing constantly, this applies to contacts that I've even blocked.

I need help, I somehow blocked an email address but it doesn't show up on the list of 499 blocked emails addresses, I never see the emails in my spam and I can't figure out why I am not getting an email from a set of email addresses.. I need help.

Block spam option is currently broken
Whenever the block and delete option is pressed the selected messages are initially deleted, however the messages are instantly restored and the delete function has to be used separately

the delete key from keyboard stopped working
Since forever the delete key on the keyboard has deleted the mail currently in view. With the latest UI update, that has stopped working. Please fix it.

Undo for message delete like ^Z
sometimes I delete a message by accident. I can restore it from Trash, but it would be nice for an UNDO like ^Z to work to restore the last deleted message.
