am to i understand that if you die or are injured while in police custody it is your fault because you had pre-existing conditions!!! it could be obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, drug or alcohol intoxication, cancer or anything from host of other malady's wwwwwow!! i better not get arrested unless i am totally healthy . does this seem outrageous.
simple solution is enforce and mandate indervidual police officers maintain their own liability insurance this would weed out those few bad apples or dare i say bad bushels. those bad apples insurance rate will go up when bad behavior is proved by investigators of the insurance companies hence they will be unensurable due to their own behavior this is a win win for cities states and government who will no longer have to employ these bad actors therefor save countless billions and also the insurance companies with make money beyond their dreams in the process but more importantly it will eliminate bad policing !!! how simple and novel is this
