Pro-leagues need to be as custom as private leagues and private cash leagues with many options.

Ya, settings can be changed and the commissioner can change trades approval to their decision. I am the commissioner in a private cash league. I find this option to be crazy unless you use it to your advantage. I did almost use it when the league vetoed my trade. This guy was desperate for a QB. Matter of fact I might still lol. I really want this player.
