Hi there, thank you for submitting feedback! We pushed the new layout a while ago and have been slowly migrating users. The migration is almost complete.

We see a lot of 'Compact View' feedback so we wanted to gather more feedback!

When looking at your Inbox, we have in the top, right hand side, the sorting icon. From there you can change the Inbox Spacing to: Small, Medium, Large. (Screenshot provided). Same under More > Settings > Appearance (Screenshot provided)

    So our question to you:

    1. Are you not seeing these Settings/Choices?
    2. You DO see them, but you want it even more Compact? How compact is our question?

    Thanks for your help!!

You can only drag the divider line between the list and reading pane in a right view set up. You should be able to drag/re-size all the edges between far left nav ( no I don't want to collapse it), list column and reading pane. Or at the very least have the reading pane auto re-size to fill the white space when dragging the divider line as currently when I make the list column smaller, the reading pane stays the same size.

In addition, when double clicking to bring up an email larger ( since my reading pane is now smaller and not able to re-size it myself), it should be an overlay window to then be able to re-size by dragging myself to preferred size and be able to leave open if desired. Not just cover the list and reading pane, now I can't see my list or pane to compare with other emails.

Perhaps do some actual user testing with your long time power users in beta, pre launch!!!

Lastly, I also noticed some of the far right ads do NOT have the three dots to give feedback or no longer show which I believe is non compliant. ex; Daily Pets Health and Prodenta Ads. Both seem AI generated as well.
