    We all work hard for progress but Yahoo seems to be deteriorating in service and force its customers to accept Mail format that is several steps backward and primitive. Formatting problems, moving text around in e-mails not working, blocking e-mails in spam folder not working, plus several other problems. Please let the paid customers like me have the option of using the mail they are happy with and not thrust this junk on them.

    The new mail format is hopeless and missing on some very important features of the classic format. I am thinking of switching over from Yahoo to some other service despite having been a Yahoo customer for decades.
