Our engineers are working on incorporating Contacts into the new format. We appreciate your patience while we work on this.
In the meantime, you can access contacts by clicking on the icon on the upper right side (small icon made up of a rectangle with three small stacked squares). This will open Contacts in a new tab of your browser in the Classic Mail look. You can also access your contacts via https://contacts.yahoo.com.
Great that your engineers are working to add in functionality that ALREADY EXISTED prior to the improved email. But why did you remove it in the first place?
With the proliferation of sabermetrics there are many additional stats being referenced. Many advanced fielding metrics are being introduced. It would be great if many of these stats could be made available for inclusion in custom leagues.
I run 2 leagues where we use 15 pitcher and batter categories. For pitchers there is a stat category for steals allowed. I would like to have some stat categories like that for catchers. Total steals allowed, net steals allowed, Percent SB allowed. These additional catories of net steals and percent steals allowed by pitchers might also be desirable. Also strikeouts currently count as putouts for catchers. But Scherzer being on the mound instead of Perez has little meaning on ability of catcher. So there should be a league option for excluding putouts on strikeouts from team putout totals.
I would love to see some of the sabre stats added, especially if at the same time the max stat categories for hitters and pitchers were increased to 20. Even better if in addition to the broad groupings of batter stats and pitcher stats a third category of fielder stats were added.
Currently you have the broad groupings of Batter and Pitcher for stats. I would like to see a third category for fielding stats. So you could potentially have 15 batter stats, 15 pitcher stats, and 15 fielder stat categories. This would allow more flexibility in accounting for all the factors that make a player useful.

Also, for customer leagues with non-standard stat categories available player data should be sortable by any stat category used by that league.
This really should be combined with the suggestion of allowing trading of DL players directly.
This would be very helpful. I make an offer and once I see it has been reviewed but not acted on I can make choice of leaving it there or making additional offers to other teams. As it is now I have to wait for days waiting on the offer to expire to know if I should shop a given player to additional teams.
I would find this helpful at the beginning of a season. My leagues allow for the max 5 NA roster slots. After the draft I find myself scrolling through the FA list to get past the all the undrafted players and have the NA players showing up because except for the really top tier like Bryant this year they have overall rankings in the 4 digit range having no history to move them up the charts. As the NA players get called up I want to be able to quickly search for someone to add and fill the vacated NA slot.
