The body of the email often references content in the attachment, so seeing the attachment in a side panel and still being able to see the email content was great. You made it not great.

AI Summary of email needs to be optional. Besides taking up valuable real estate, user ends up reading two messages instead of one. Now user productivity is cut in half. Did you ask AI if cutting productivity in half was a good idea? Oh - also - STOP LETTING AI READ MY EMAILS! Geez!

What's with the banding in Inbox? I think it's meant to represent read and unread email. But that's what bold and not bold are for. Like same as every other email client. Lose the banding please, or give option to disable it.

There are other ways to see Contacts and starred emails. Why waste 20% of screen real estate with something that can already be done elsewhere.?

I create a lot of folders, and folders within folders. Since I can no longer resize the folder panel, finding a specific folder is a brutal exercise in frustration. Made things harder.

Some standard folders, like Trash and Spam, are now hidden inside the ellipsis. If I have my Folders expanded, I have to close it before I can get to Spam folder. Overall, I want to be able to quickly get to Trash and Spam. You just added more work.
