Wondering who decided the formatting tool (bold, italics, underline, highlight, type color, font size, style and color, etc) was superfluous to a communication app? I'm left with no options for numbering a list, bullet points, bolding a heading etc. and with small type that's hard to read. Generally, I don't use gifs and emojis much, but they are a nice touch at special times and offer warmth and personality to a message. This is so much more than just a transfer of information!

I miss the basic mail -- I know everyone says you can't go back, but it always makes me nervous having others organize my inbox. I don't subscribe to newsletters or social stuff, and offers are either junk or I'd like them where I can quickly scan the headline offer. Software people always think we like lots of tabs to keep things in half-dozen different places -- not everyone is a multitasker, and I like things all in one place with the date/time they come in newest first. Filtering the junk is always a great idea and yahoo has done that very well for me. But otherwise, the best way is to have a system you're very familiar with and can communicate seamlessly -- don't need to think about where to find things or have to search for something, or ask 'how to'.
