New format is not good
The new format is not good. I like and want my old homepage and format back. We should have an option to keep the old format. I like the scrolling at the top of the page. Also, how I can choose if I want to see science stories or technology stories etc.

Do not use Yahoo Email if you don't want to lose your info in an instant!!
25 years ago I signed up for Yahoo
Yesterday my yahoo account comletely disappeared. The error message I get when trying to log into my daily yahoo email address:
"Sorry, we don't recognize this email."
What a horror joke!!
25 years of my travels and history is lost.
Called Yahoo customer service twice! His/her reply was that they can't help at all!!!If you care about your history don't use Yahoo!

My idea is to do away with this “New” Yahoo. What a pain in the butt. Tried to get it to send a new Verification Code. Never happened. You can keep it. I’ll go somewhere else for an email address.

Your site is poorly constructed and not user friendly. I mainly is Yahoo email, buy maybe it's time to transition to Gmail. Dropping Yahoo notifications.

Seriously, if you're not embarrassed it only proves my point that you don't know enough to realize how ****** your user interface is.

I'm a bit disturbed. I got here by following the procedure set for me by sign-in helper as I'm trying to reset my password. Why did it lead me here instead finishing the process for the password change?

I noticed my data usage has almost doubled so I set out to track the sources. Did you know that your site constantly uses data. I’m talking after the page has loaded it’s still going. I’m going to start monitoring those IP address that your site has my iOS sending all that data to. No doubt it’s Ads and large media that insist on playing. For that I’ll start breaking down the scrip that your sending to my browser. If this keeps up I’lm going to write an Ad block extension for mobile device just for yahoo. Then I’ll place it in the App Store for free.

Why do you have to go to a desktop to add a contact? Who even has one? If you try to Follow the inane directions of using the website, your mobile device won't let you look at mail outside of the app. You should be able to add a contact directly from the app

I’ve reported this before. You’ll have a video on an article that follows you around on strolls. The video with ads do not close when the user clicks the close X button and even when you click the pause button it redirects to the ad page. Well this time I’ve decided to document the behavior using video screen capture. Showing repeated attempts to close or stop the video. If it doesn’t stop I’m passing the info over to the companies that your ripping off. Fix it.
