I know it will slightly prolong drafts, but even adding one or two roster slots would reduce frustration and allow greater flexibility to bench slumping players, or injured players who exceed the two allowed DL slots. It also would promote broader strategy that could include middle relievers and platoon players, or allow someone to stash that prospect/suspect they are intrigued by.
I think as a matter of principle, it would be good because it brings management of a fantasy baseball team closer to that of real MLB baseball team.
****, you really are one. Any idiot knows it is not going to be real. You model a fantasy to reflect real situations. Why do you think the lineups require players at each real position and award stats that reflect actual baseball achievement, with game limits and innings pitched limits, that roughly equate to MLB reality. By your logic why require players at different positions? You may as well play fantasy cricket since you don't care whether the fantasy game reflects actual Major League Baseball.
