Rosters/Lineups - Increase maximum number of roster slots.

This change would increase the maximum number of roster slots your league can have (not including IR slots). Currently the maximum is 30 roster slots.

    my league has looked to move to another site for one reason, we want larger rosters for active, IL and NA spots. please consider making the cap 40 or more.

    my league is looking around to other sites for one reason, we want larger rosters. thats it. we would love 40 or even more for max roster sizes. we want to be able to add a few more active spots, but also more minor league spots and IL spots.

    Would like to have more than 30 roster spots for a team.

    More like 35 roster spots per team.

    We are looking to keep 35 players every year. This site seems like its more suited for redraft than dynasty leagues, which is why I only have one dynasty league on here.

    Please increase the maximum number of roster slots. Our long running (18 years) keeper league would like to expand from 30 man rosters to 40 man rosters.

    b) we would like to have N/A players that are invovled in a trade be slotted into either (i) into an availalbe N/A slot; or (ii) having the option of dropping an N/A guy over a active roster player

    Please also add minors positions in Yahoo … my Commish has moved his leagues to Fantrax due to the message boards being removed with the idea that he could move back for next year, but now he is loving the minors spots on the roster and doesn’t need to keep posting it so he’s thinking about not moving back … please add either the minors spot OR make the NA spots have no restrictions so we can put whoever we want on them whether they are designated NA or not … then the Commissioners for each league can police them as they see fit 👍👍

    Yes and add “Minors” roster spot so we could continue with our farm/prospect systems now that Message Boards are gone. Or allow us to put any player on NA regardless of whether they are NA designated or not. Then we could use NA to keep prospects right on our roster without freezing our player adds when a prospect is no longer designated as NA once called up to MLB. Please take a look at this option 👍

    8-team league which is small, I know, but it's what we've got. Trying to incorporate minor league players at all in a half-dynasty format is very difficult with a max roster of 30 spots. Very difficult. Please please increase it! It would transform what we can do.

    Please allow private leagues to have more than 30 roster spots. 40 would be great.

    12 team Dynasty league and we need more roster spots. We have been. using yahoo. since 2007. 40 would be great. Let it be so, let it be written, let it be done

    I think its capped at 10NA slots. We'd love to get to AT LEAST 12

    we'd love to see xFIP added. AND, we'd love to expand rosters from 30 to 32 OR increase NA's from 10 to 12

    Change the rules regarding player additions / roster moves. Last year the winner in my league had over 180 moves. If you're trying to mirror actual baseball, you miss by a mile here. Two to three moves per week would be 50-75 for the year, and that should be more than enough, especially if you increased roster sizes by 2 or 3 spots.

    Clearly as a reaction to the growing interest in prospects, the '22 player database has been expanded to roughly 600 highly regarded minor-leaguers, Please add a means to accommodate a farm team beyond the 12 NA slots which are clearly too few for serious leagues. Hiding the list under the Commissioner's Note renders them useless to users of the phone app. There's bound to be a place somewhere on a league page.
