P. Smith supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment P. Smith commentedYahoo does not CORRECT the account when "personal information" changes! My husband passed away & I decided to take over this account in my name. I did change it but HIS NAME STILL COMES UP!!! So it's NOT TRULY CHANGED.
An error occurred while saving the comment P. Smith commentedTrying to edit my "personal info" & even though it has let me adjust my name; it will not let me adjust my birthday. This was an account that my husband & I both have used to do research on cars/motorcycles/RV's/trips around the U.S. we would take.
It won't let me adjust his birthday, which I had a digit off. WHY WON'T IT LET ME EDIT IT?
Thanks. Trish/Roy Smith - Gallatin, TN
Yahoo, I get so mad about this! No one has ever gotten into my account either & every now & then you want me to change my password. Well, I'm 68 years old & my memory is NOT WHAT IT WAS. I ABSOLUTLEY HATE "coming up" with a new p/w!!!! And NOT ONE TIME has my account EVER been broken into, so I'm doing pretty well. I don't LIKE TO BE FORCED to change my p/w!!!!
