I honestly don't understand why Yahoo Mail had to redesign the inbox again. The previous classic and basic design was fine, and this new one is both unattractive and uncomfortable to use.

The purple color is overwhelming, and the page is far too bright. When I switch to dark mode, the purple becomes much too dark and harsh. Either way, it strains my eyes and makes checking my email an unpleasant experience.

Did anyone consider users with vision problems before rolling out this redesign? Not everyone can comfortably use the same colors, brightness levels, or contrast settings. A design should make things easier to use, not create a reason to avoid using them altogether.

At the very least, please give us the option to customize our own themes, change the colors, or remove the purple entirely. Users should be able to choose an interface that is comfortable for their eyes rather than being forced to use a design that doesn't work for them.

Please stop changing things that don't need fixing and start listening to the people who actually use Yahoo Mail. A visually appealing design is one thing, but a comfortable, accessible, and customizable inbox is far more important.

I hope someone at Yahoo actually reads this feedback and takes it seriously. Please consider giving users more control over how their inbox looks and feels. Kind regards
