    Could you make the mail actions - move/delete/etc in the same order from when you have a mail previewed or open and when you're looking at the inbox? Infuriating that the move folder is 2nd in one layout and 4th in the other when you have basically the same icons.
    archive, move, delete, mark as read, spam
    reply, forward, mark as unread, favorite, move, delete, spam
