Keep "reply", "reply all", "forward", "Read/Unread", "Star", "Move", "Delete" & "Spam" buttons positions static.
In the latest edition of the Yahoo mail, the "reply all" button has been made conditional where it appears or disappears based on whether the email chain has one or more persons on it. When this happens, the location of the delete and spam buttons to move. Previously, I would keep my mouse on the delete button and keep clicking on it as I am going down my emails. Now, when the "reply all" button disappears, the spam button shifts to the location where the delete button used to be. And unintentionally, I end up marking the email as spam when I had only intended to delete it. My suggestion is to keep the "reply all" button static, just make it disabled if needed if there is only one person in the email chain. This shifting of the buttons has caused some grief and I would be very happy if this issue is fixed.

When an email has the "reply all" option available, the button displaces the other buttons when it appears on the action bar. This causes problems in particular for the "delete" button - if one is deleting several emails he/she has to be careful as the "delete" button keeps moving. Recommend keeping the positions fixed, perhaps always show the "reply all" button but gray it out if it's not applicable.

from left to right they may have added features but the ones that are consistent should match. As in mark unread, delete, move to folder should at least be in the same order left to right across the top. Right now it is total chaos so you are constantly having to move back and forth to find the correct action item. It's literally the most basic act of functionality and you guys missed. the entire look is **** and layout is **** unable to customize is ridiculous etc. but at least do the absolute least to make this dumpster fire a slightly less blaze

The icons at the top of the reading pane do not maintain a consistent position. For instance, when viewing a received email that has multiple recipients, the icons from left to right are:
Reply, Reply all, Forward, Mark read/unread, Star, Move, Delete, Mark as spam, More.
The order is the same when viewing a message with a single recipient, except Reply all is missing.
I guess that makes sense but a problem arises when deleting multiple emails:I want to delete an email with multiple recipients, so I hover over the delete icon and click.
The next email pops up. I want to delete it too and so click again, without moving the mouse.
But the next email has only one recipient so where the delete icon had been, is now the Mark as spam icon. So the message gets marked as spam when it isn't.This has happened to me more than a few times and I'm sure it's happening to other users as well. When you hover over the delete icon, you expect it to stay where it is and not to have to chase it around the screen!
Please consider fixing this behaviour. Including the Reply all icon for all emails would do the job.

Why in the world would you flip-flop the "move" icon and the "mark as read/unread" when in different views of the inbox - when i'm in the inbox its one way, when i open a message it flips them around. Doesn't make sense and is just CONFUSING!!!
