  1. I want to customize the stories on my news feed! I am REALLY sick of getting stories about murder, animal abuse, genocide, etc. ENOUGH

    Add me to the list. Google has dramatically reduced the user ability to customize content on the News page. All one can do now is continually like or dislike articles to try and influence their algorithm. This made me look at Yahoo news as an alternative. What I see is a huge bucket containing some news and a lot of fluff. I don't have time for this. I don't want any entertainment or sports. Looks like Reuters and AP are going to be my go to sources now until others realize that folks want to customize their news feeds.
