How does silencing the Great British Public lead to an "improved community experience"? Surely, by definition, it makes it worse?

Stop the pop ups down the left of the page!
Are you deliberately trying to hiss us off? Yet another in a long line of "innovations", (for example, autorun on ads that you can't work out how to turn off), that are an intrusion on our viewing. It stops the comments section working properly and obstructs what is beneath. We pay your wages (via our clicks) so you need to have a serious word with the genius(es) that are coming up with these ideas as they are driving us away to less manipulative providers.

I have no problem with world news but this site has become predominantly American, i'm not interested in local US news, I would like to see local UK news.

I Intensely Dislike Your New News Page
I really dislike your 'new' news page, there are far too many articles and most of them duplicated further down the page.
We had a choice of world events, political events, popular stories etc situated at the top of of every page which we could click onto should we so wish.
Yahoo, please believe me that on some occasions 'less is more' and this is one of those occasions.
I am at work in my office, when I click onto Yahoo I want a short summary and not have to wade through a whole page of senseless stories, I want…22nd ranked -
Your article about banning the islamic veil has a barrage of racist comments posted underneath it. These are full of hate.
Please consider disabling/ strictly regulating comments when sensitive topics are involved.

What a joke,hacked a number of times,reset password and now every time try to log in it just states the password is wrong and locks me out for 12 hrs??.Yahoo has become a joke.Time to change to more reliable email..

A balance of news media is required, all political views must be represented.
I enjoy reading your news but i have noticed that certain news organisations are over represented. A balance of media is required. On the UK site the over use of the Guardian and Independant which are not mainstream newspapers here. All political views make good news reading.

My Comments section
It would be helpful and courteous if we understood why suddenly the 'My Comments' section is no longer available on any computer. I have logged out then back in with no luck. My comments are mild compared to others, not racist and not hateful and I find no answers as to why the My Comments is no longer accessible. I am not the only one complaining about this either. Thank you.... I am 'stariter', btw.

Talking Politics is without balance.
Quite simply Yahoo will lose out by pushing a political point of view in the talking Talking Politics stories. There is no pretence at balance and if this is putting forward Yahoo!'s political agenda then I am sure others like me will be off to other sites. This is a shame as I have enjoyed Yahoo! as a home page for many years

Please do something about the advertisement glitch with yahoo videos. losing patience with both the advert and video playing simultaneously
Fix the glitch. The majority of the times I have to refresh the page multiple times to have the advert play first then the video. Don't get me wrong, I prefer no adverts at all but understand the need for them. However, when they play at the same time it can get very frustrating. Not sure if this is a common thing, but it seems to be happening to me constantly and for quite some time now (6-12 months).

I changed my home page to BBC my family has done the same because yahoo sucks! add's and stupid news articals about soaps? glitchy,
Yahoo Google+ Twitter Face book and what was once the great YouTube all ruined by pail faced sweaty morons thinking they are doing a good job messing about with good working sites when all they do is F them up and P people off
