  1. I Intensely Dislike Your New News Page

I really dislike your 'new' news page, there are far too many articles and most of them duplicated further down the page.
We had a choice of world events, political events, popular stories etc situated at the top of of every page which we could click onto should we so wish.
Yahoo, please believe me that on some occasions 'less is more' and this is one of those occasions.
I am at work in my office, when I click onto Yahoo I want a short summary and not have to wade through a whole page of senseless stories, I want…

  2. Your article about banning the islamic veil has a barrage of racist comments posted underneath it. These are full of hate.

Please consider disabling/ strictly regulating comments when sensitive topics are involved.

  4. Comments disabled

How does silencing the Great British Public lead to an "improved community experience"? Surely, by definition, it makes it worse?
I agree that hateful, racist, etc. comments may need moderating, but disabling ALL comments is a step too far.

  6. Fear of reader comments makes?

Fear of reader comments makes Yahoo look utterly pathetic, or are you just trying to control a narrative that suits your minority agenda?

  9. Talking Politics is without balance.

Quite simply Yahoo will lose out by pushing a political point of view in the talking Talking Politics stories. There is no pretence at balance and if this is putting forward Yahoo!'s political agenda then I am sure others like me will be off to other sites. This is a shame as I have enjoyed Yahoo! as a home page for many years

  10. I resent having my carefully written and non-offensive posts eradicated. For example everything I write in support of Nigel Farage MEP disap

Its just plain RUDE, Yahoo. If you want contributions to your comments pages, treat us with some respect.

  11. Please do something about the advertisement glitch with yahoo videos. losing patience with both the advert and video playing simultaneously

Fix the glitch. The majority of the times I have to refresh the page multiple times to have the advert play first then the video. Don't get me wrong, I prefer no adverts at all but understand the need for them. However, when they play at the same time it can get very frustrating. Not sure if this is a common thing, but it seems to be happening to me constantly and for quite some time now (6-12 months).

  15. Improve the quality of journalism

Yahoo really needs to improve the quality of its staff journalism, the fact that Sky News are poor isn't an excuse. Yahoo should proof read all articles before publication for accuracy, correct spelling, good grammar, proper use of language and higher quality content, all of these points are especially important as younger readers see bad spelling, grammar and content as a model for their own work. In general, the quality of Internet journalism is highly questionable and leads me to suspect that many so called "internet journalists" are either untrained, unqualified or just rank amateurs who would never secure and…

  16. Post one pro-Christianity article for every anti-Christianity article

If there is an article about Christianity or Christians, it is most likely going to portray them in a negative light. STOP IT. If you're going to post an article claiming (on the basis of SEVERAL logical fallacies) that atheists are smarter than the religious, balance it out with an article talking about a random act of kindness or even Egypt's persecution of Coptic Christians.

  19. have the option to remove the news

Have an option to completely remove the news. You sign in , check your emails and then go to a blank page like Outlook does. Thus getting rid of upsetting new stories and having NO say in what content gets flashed up

  20. I find it amazing that news about Desmond Tutu is under the entertainment section. I think that is kind of disrespectful.

For his achievements for South Africa, Tutu should not be in the same league with N Dubes.
