  2. The new email service is rubbish, difficult to navigate and causes loss of or removal of emails simply by a misplaced cursor. I'm not going

Rubbish, a good service ruined for no apparent reason. I will use another from now on. Don't fix what isn't broken? You should bear that in mind.

^0 year old Decorated Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Veteran Stephen Taylor of Bury, Gtr Manchester loses his dole money because he sold poppies. He's now in rent arrears etc due to the benefit cuts. Full story in the Daily Star, 6th December 2013 Page 33, top right including picture. This man fought for the country and instead of sitting back doing nothing he tried to help the RBL raise funds for other veterans. DWP say he was working - so how come they send people to work at Poundland for nothing to earn their dole money yet this Brave Veteran…

  6. How about a proper checked use of report not lettign it be used to censor

many dont use to report feauture to report posts just with put downs. they use it to cheat to appear to be winnign the argument by removing opposing points especailly when they are backed with a strong arguemnt and evidence and reasoning. (also if they have links to proof)

This is clearly in the wrong and most of those doign this are guilty themselves or what they are reporting.

This results in somone in the right who backs their arguments solidly loosing their emila whilst the real trolls who only come to abuse others pickign out spelling, or just name…

  7. How about instead of deliting posts whihc spomone may not like but backs a valid point you get posts whihc just rubbish others removed?

ie if somone wasy this or your are wrogn due to evidence statement A,B,and C even if a relgious or other growup may not like it , if it is valid leave it.

    But get rid of the

you are a perve, you are talking rubbish, flame troll posts.

its fine to say somone is a moron, as long as you give valid reaosns why and not just the whole post but each point,

ie force peoepl to back up any argument not just allow put downs

  9. "Report Abuse" confirmation option.

It should be a requirement to confirm your actions if you click on the "Report Abuse" in the comments section. I have on more than one occasion, managed to click on this accidentally and reported a perfectly acceptable comment as abuse. It needs a "do you want to report this comment?" dialogue pop up for confirmation. I am sure I am not the only person to do this, and it will happen more frequently as more people move to touch screens and press it while scrolling down the page.

I am finding recent yahoo changes to improve its email service rather frustrating and unhelpful, is it just me. The web display is changing every day making me doubt if I am opening a genuine page or am I being hacked. Inbox sometimes open and at odd times does not respond.

  13. Have you heard of proof-reading?

Employ me as a proof-reader. I will happily sit through all the articles posted on the yahoo UK and Ireland to eliminate silly mistakes and typos; the volume of grammatical errors in your articles is shameful.

Please give us the option of turning off full page adverts. They are terrible cpu hogs, especially that awful world war z one. The film is rubbish and nobody cares about it.

  19. Comments.

Yahoo has had this notice on it's news feeds for a long time now. 'Our goal is to create a safe and engaging place for users to connect over interests and passions. In order to improve our community experience, we are temporarily suspending article commenting'. This is clearly untrue as it has been policy for a very long time. I personally know two people who have left Yahoo because of it. Why ? Simply because they said it was a prime example of 'Facebook' style censorship, which they and many others have also left. May I suggest that something is…
