My current location is wrong!
Showing my current location as 120 miles from my actual location, it is really irritating, since I would love my map center to start in my town, not far away.
You should make it so we can manually move or reprogram our true city locale, only by clicking a button typing a city or by moving the location point on my map. -
how can the address not be on the map when you gave me the address? come on people!!!!! this is ridiculous.

New maps unusable
I tried the new maps when you first introduced them, but now you have removed the "use old Yahoo! maps" option. I commented last time & you didn't address the issues.
1) It is not easy to change the location of the map - before if you were in Palo Alto, CA, you could easily switch your location to Daytona Beach, FLA. Now you can't. Best option is to drive to Daytona & recenter afterwards.
2) You can't find businesses as easily as before. Monetizing and e-commerce are usually the driving force in web development. Why make it more difficult.

What happened to "Find Nearby"?
I used to be able to enter a location and then find nearby businesses of a given type (hotels, restaurants, etc). Where did that feature go?

Listing Incorrectly Connected to Yelp
The listing https://local.yahoo.com/details?id=177845149 is for a company called Property Management Inc-Silicon Valley but for some reason is connected to the Yelp listing for NorCal Property Management (operating out of the same building).
This is causing confusion and inaccuracy for visitors attempting to leave reviews and learn about the company.
I attempted to claim the listing on behalf of the owner but cannot since it has been previously claimed by Yext (via Yodle I believe).
Is there some way I can get this Yahoo listing to become associated with the correct Yelp listing (http://www.yelp.com/biz/property-management-inc-san-jose) and to have the Yahoo…

My yahoo MAP doesnt work to provide directions any more. Clicking on the Directions Link at the Maps page does NOTHING! What happened?
FIX THE MAP DIRECTIONS LINK. It wont give directions to anywhere now. It JUST STOPPED WORKING!

Maps not working with IE 11
Just installed IE 11 yesterday. Started to find issues that I cannot find answers for. Today I wanted to check yahoo maps. Page loads but when I click on "get directions" nothing happens. Yesterday, I access Facebook from my yahoo home page. Load ok but now when I scroll down I lose visibility to the tile bar that has the "search for" # of posts, # of messages and the "home" return link.
everything worked ok in IE 10 but now with IE 11 it all sucks again. Can anyone tell me if there is a fix or will be… -
