It's a free service so contacting an attorney would get you nothing. I'm not a fan, either, and looking into alternative providers which is our only choice unless Yahoo decides to listen and return to the old format.

I depend on Classic Email for a number of reasons - very rude of you you to discontinue for NO reason. What could it cost you to keep it available?

5) Close sh*tty new yahoo browser window
6) if it worked, BOOKMARK copied link in new window (this is important as it will become your goto-button everytime you log in to get back to Classic)

its not user friendly,for example i have to delete messages twice its way to complicated,and the videos,are you kidding me,sometimes simple is good people,thats why i chose yahoo many years ago over google and msn,now yahoo is messed up just like the rest,so all you did is lose a customer,finance page is messed up,mail is messed up,who ever is running this business is stupid

Stop changing **** for no good reason. Please just go back to the old one and leave things that work ALONE. I can barely see the text. Why would this be considered an upgrade? Did you even bother to ask anyone who can SEE whether this was even half as good as what we had? Give us back the old format so we can use this. Or, are you trying to get us to switch to other e-mail providers?

I hate the new yahoo mail. I want to have the option to return to Classic Mail, and even Basic Mail. It's a lot faster to load and I just like the way it looks.

Yahoo/Verizon,
There is absolutely NOTHING about this ''New'' email format that is an upgrade.
Whoever designed this format knows nothing about email formats. I cannot believe
that these program designers actually use this crazy system. Now listen to your
customer complaints and tell us HOW to return to Classic Mail.

The font is so light I can hardly read the print on the incoming emails. I can change the background, but cannot darken the print font. It is much too light. If I change the background to dark, it is still difficult to read. I WANT THE OLD CLASSIC EMAIL BACK!!!! I HATE YAHOO MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every single time you update your email format it gets worse. Just go back to the "Classic", please!

why do you have to change the way email works? It was working fine before now the new ****** version is out and I have to waste my time trying to figure out how to use it.

Like right now I'm trying to email my dad as I often do, when I'm typing his name as normal it's giving me a ****** nickname that I didn't even put in there.
