I really don't like this new format. Please give us the option to return to the old format.

Big companies that ignore their customers Do go out of business.
I have been using Yahoo Mail for 18 years.
Today I'm not happy, because you changed the "look" of one of my yahoo mail accounts. Apparently there is no way to change it back. My other 2 accounts have not changed, so that explanation is hard to believe.
I know this is a waste of time. I'm not sending an email to a responsible customer service rep who will read it and respond back to me. Your customer service people (on the phone) cannot help me. When a company tells me with their treatment of me that I am not important to them I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
I think you are going to mess up my other accounts and treat me badly. Today I will open an email account with another company. I will slowly migrate my email contacts to the new account. It will take a year or so to move all my communications. At some point I will be gone. Completely.
You will have lost a loyal long term customer.

Please keep my old classic yahoo.mail back.

POSSIBLE WAY TO GET BACK CLASSIC try this, it works for me

1) Open and log into sh*tty new Yahoo email if you aren't already
2) Copy this text: https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?action=mails
3) Open a new Chrome browser window while keeping sh*tty one open
4) Paste the text into new brower window
5) Close sh*tty new yahoo browser window
6) if it worked, BOOKMARK copied link in new window
7) Raise middle finger of victory and KEEP SENDING YAHOO YOUR SENTIMENT

8) please DON'T comment further on this thread; keep this info sitting here at the top for others. But please DO keep sending yahoo your sentiment on other threads, maybe next millenium theyll get the message.

Bring back the old email. This new one is ****!!! It's not any more helpful than the other and now you just have to go looking for things on the new format when you knew where everything was on the old and BETTER format! This sucks!! Somebody mentioned switching to Google and that is sounding WAY better! I can get email anywhere. **** even my cable company offers it for free. In other words you better do what your public is asking for cuz you don't have anything that we can't get somewhere else!!!

This is terrible. Considering opting out of Yahoo altogether......

Please bring back the old format!!! The new one does not work anywhere near as good. The layout is terrible

Please put option back for classic email. This new format is awful. Switching to gmail as most others will if not changed immediately! No wonder your stock is so low and behind all the rest. You always should give the customer and shareholders what they want!
