HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! I want the old classic e-mail back. There's no go back to old mail at the bottom of the settings box!

I need to find out how to get my old email back. This is way to slow and as a business owner no one should be allowed to change your settings with your approval. So said that I will need to figure out and set up a new email.

The "help" article tells you to go to Settings and then scroll down and select "Switch Back To Classic Mail." THAT IS NOT AN OPTION! I AM SO ****** OFF! This is all rigged to try and get us all to pay $4.99 just to be able to get someone to actually help us! THERE IS NO OPTION TO SWITCH BACK TO CLASSIC MAIL!!!! I have literally been with Yahoo for more than twenty years, and now I am going to change EVERYTHING to Gmail because I HATE THIS VERSION AND THEY LIE IN THEIR "HELP" ARTICLE AND THEY WON'T HAVE A PERSON HELP ME UNLESS I PAY THEM $4.99/MO! Well, kiss my *** Yahoo you bastards!!!!!!!

I was NOT given the option to switch back to Classic and I am MAD! I do not do well with change and my life has given me enough change that this just HACKS ME OFF! Please, Please give me the option to switch back or switch it for me. While I have had this email for 20 years this is the WORST change your company has made.

I dislike this format. I cannot easily delete daily emails that I don't want to read. Why can't I switch back like I used to be able to do. Only switched because I needed to forward an email to a friend.

Why not stick with what works? If it ain't broke... Having to adjust to a new format all the time is like having the furniture rearranged in ones house. I guess change results from a need to justify the salaries of the workers (it's not just Yahoo). "No change = nothing is being done" seems to be the thinking process. Sure enough, if and when we get used to this new format, they will foist a "new and improved" one on us. Did they take no notice of the many times folks asked to switch back to the old format?
