Okay, like everyone else... I totally hate the "new," but NOT improved look. However, since the option to use the more attractive and sophisticated Classic look has been eliminated; and, we're no-doubt stuck with this ugly format... how about adding more color schemes and designs to the Theme selection menu option. Because, what you have, right now, looks like something that would appeal more to a 7-year-old child than to an adult. Come on, Yahoo... you can do better than this!

Gave it a few days but this new format pretty much unusable. Going to switch to G-mail after being a decade long, loyal Yahoo user. Bad move forcing this down everyone's throat.

Total ****. Now a new way to look at Contacts that does not allow me to edit a contact. WTF? It seems like most of your changes go backwards. Also how about a calendar app for my phone linked to my online yahoo account? You are going to make gmail the sole email package anyone uses.

When do you intend to respond to these customer complaints? I suggest that you

I think change is good, but I don't like the new email page. Please change it back.

I use Yahoo mail for over 10 years now... and this new format is horrible!!! Why did you change it? Why did you automatically switched it, even though I did not ask for it... This new format is absolute ****... I hate the layout, I hate the colours, I HATE EVERYTHING IN IT!!!! BRING BACK THE OLD LAYOUT AND STOP AUTOMATICALLY SWITCHING IT!!! When I send email to myself from any of my accounts when viewing it , it shows that it came from " me". I want when viewing to see that it came from my whole email shown. Not "me" How can I fix this ?

I am SOOOOOO tired with you trying to change my email format all the time. I did not ask or want you to change my email - now everything SUCKS and difficult to see. The new format is HORRENDOUS - WTF are you guys doing? I want my old email format back immediately or I will have to look for a new company to have my inbox with.

When I send Email to myself and then view it I see the email came from "me". Same if from another account that is mine. This is very disturbing. I want to see my whole email even if it is me. Just like before Yahoo used to do. How can I correct this ?
