Stop restarting a video that we have paused 15 seconds after we paused it.
Every time I pause a news video, it keeps automatically restarting. I pause the video to make a comment and then the video will restart so I constantly have to keep scrolling back up to the top of the page to keep pausing the video. If its a long comment or I am replying, I have to keep pausing the video endlessly. If the video gets to the end of its content, it automatically rolls to the next news video and cuts off my comments. I realize that you are trying to get to the next commercial so you can take the data about how many commercials are viewed by your users to the negotiating table when trying to make a deal with your customers who advertise on your site but this is ridiculous. Things like this are the reason most people use AdBlock Plus these days and end up not seeing any ads. But I guess you leave the number of users with ad block out of the negotiations when trying to strike a deal with customers dont you? Even the ad block users probably still count as a viewed add and that misleadingly inflates your ad view statistics that you show to your advertising customers.
