The article that compares the treatment given to Ketanji Brown Jackson and Thurgood Marshall has a picture at the top that purports to show Ketanji Brown Jackson and Thurgood Marshall. However, that is most definitely NOT Thurgood Marshall!!! Black people don't all look alike!! A simple web search should have yielded a correct picture. Yahoo News, do better!
