Ks as a batting stat should be converted to a rate stat instead of just raw ks so that you dont punish guys for having a higher volume of pa, a very simple change to make would be to allow leagues to use team k%, or just team k/pa. much cleaner and more effective way to make contact and speed hitters more effective compared to the dominant meta of aaron judge and other hr hitters. similarly, there should be an option to change the hr allowed stat for pitchers to hr/9 so that you can bring an element of hr suppression to pitching without punishing great starters who throw 180+ innings.
