  1. Allow cancellations after auto renewals

    When you don't allow refunds under any circumstances it causes you to lose customers. Forever. You might have my money now, but you just lost a customer for a lifetime.

  2. your product SUCKS! The chat doesn't work.

    I keep trying to get help and all it gives me is a stupid chat screen that asks for information but never loads up any chat. Just aweful

  3. Trying to cancel subscription

    Horrible cancellation process. Chatted with an agent but they do not have the "tools" to cancel so it must be escalated. Really poor process and will never sign up for Rivals/Yahoo sports again

  5. Deceptive subscription

    I signed up for a monthly subscription to read a few articles. I logged in today to cancel to find I was charged for a yearly rate. I explained this to the bot handling support and was informed there are no refunds. I am sure I clicked the monthly rate yet there is no way to prove this. I want a refund for 11/12th of the yearly rate.

    The worst guy on Craigslist has more integrity than this outfit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RIVALS

  6. Deceptive Billing Practices

    Approximately a year ago. (July-September) time-frame I had to contact Rivals.com to cancel a subscription that had appeared on my credit card. Approximately a year earlier I had subscribed and used the service but had cancelled the service as I didn't feel it was worth the $99 charged. As noted above a year later I found the $99 charge again and called the support phone number and spoke to an individual who adamantly defended their charge as the annual subscription had never been cancelled and that they do not offer refunds.   7. 100% UNETHICAL (Easy process to Sign-up for Rivals acct BUT to CANCEL is EXTREMELY Inconvenient)

    CANCEL should be just as simple as sign-up procedures. Were not opening a bank acct, Retirement 401K, or getting Life Insurance.

    THIS IS SPORTS WHICH ULTIMATELY IS NOTHING BUT ENTERTAINMENT & BELONGS IN IT'S RIGHTFUL POSITION IN LIFE.

    IT'S NOT DIFFICULT TO CANCEL my Netflix or Hulu or even add individuals to MY accts if I wish.

    THIS MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY DELIBERATE ACTION of what I call "THEFT Thru Inconvenience" by corporate America.

  8. Your customer service for Rivals is horrible! I cancelled (or so I thought ) my account months ago and am still getting charged. Cancel it

    Don't make me type in a chat room with a csr, csr bot, or whatever is in the other end. Just cancel the account, look at the notes for my last "chat" and refund my account for any charges after it

  10. Would be great to have the option to change the background to be dark and lettering white/bright. In the PM the white is too bright.

    With the Rivals App, it would be great to have the option to change the background to be dark and lettering white/bright. In the PM the white is too bright for the eyes. If there is a night setting that would be great!!

  11. Please send a notification via email that a persons subscription is renewing and not just charge there credit cards when it’s due.

    I was on a chat to cancel my Rivals subscription and I was told that it would not be possible because it had already renewed. I don’t want to for this year or any other after being treated with disrespect for not honoring my request for credit back to my card.

  12. so difficult to cancel rivals subscription

    Rivals its so terrible!!. everyone please if you interested about joining rivals do your research on canceling the subscription first. Its the most difficult thing to do. they denied access to the account and there's no way to get in touch with them. when they try to get you to join its so friendly way to get you in but when you decide to cancel well good luck . its a way strategy to get more money out of you. they make it so hard that some people give up and dont have the time to be dealing and researching…

    You give incentives to new members...BUT no discounts or incentives for loyal, many years members. It really is a bad business practice to loose loyal members.....very bogus.

    Currently, when pursuing articles on the Home page of the Georgia Tech football site Jackets Online, if I want to read an article and click on the subject heading, I'm directed to the Message Board, where I then have to go through all of the subjects in order to find the article I'm looking for. Can't Yahoo make it so that, when clicking on a subject on the Home page, that I'm immediately directed to the article in question?     Please give grace period for canceling Rivals Subscriptions!
    I think refunds should be allowed for Rival subscription with in 30 days after renewal. This is not good that you don't have a grace period. It really should be a not contract purchase were you get a prorated refund. I never use this site anymore and made a mistake of not cancelling till a few weeks after renewal time. This leaves me stuck paying the $99.99 for the site I never use. It is very frustrating
