Allow cancellations after auto renewals
When you don't allow refunds under any circumstances it causes you to lose customers. Forever. You might have my money now, but you just lost a customer for a lifetime.

Trying to cancel subscription
Horrible cancellation process. Chatted with an agent but they do not have the "tools" to cancel so it must be escalated. Really poor process and will never sign up for Rivals/Yahoo sports again

Your customer service for Rivals is horrible! I cancelled (or so I thought ) my account months ago and am still getting charged. Cancel it
Don't make me type in a chat room with a csr, csr bot, or whatever is in the other end. Just cancel the account, look at the notes for my last "chat" and refund my account for any charges after it

Rivals its so terrible!!. everyone please if you interested about joining rivals do your research on canceling the subscription first. Its the most difficult thing to do. they denied access to the account and there's no way to get in touch with them. when they try to get you to join its so friendly way to get you in but when you decide to cancel well good luck . its a way strategy to get more money out of you. they make it so hard that some people give up and dont have the time to be dealing and researching…

Deceptive subscription
I signed up for a monthly subscription to read a few articles. I logged in today to cancel to find I was charged for a yearly rate. I explained this to the bot handling support and was informed there are no refunds. I am sure I clicked the monthly rate yet there is no way to prove this. I want a refund for 11/12th of the yearly rate.
The worst guy on Craigslist has more integrity than this outfit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RIVALS9th ranked -

Deceptive Billing Practices
Approximately a year ago. (July-September) time-frame I had to contact Rivals.com to cancel a subscription that had appeared on my credit card. Approximately a year earlier I had subscribed and used the service but had cancelled the service as I didn't feel it was worth the $99 charged. As noted above a year later I found the $99 charge again and called the support phone number and spoke to an individual who adamantly defended their charge as the annual subscription had never been cancelled and that they do not offer refunds. 100% UNETHICAL (Easy process to Sign-up for Rivals acct BUT to CANCEL is EXTREMELY Inconvenient)
CANCEL should be just as simple as sign-up procedures. Were not opening a bank acct, Retirement 401K, or getting Life Insurance.

Since hurricane came through and i have to use my wifes computer to watch (my computer crashed) I cant get help fixing issue.
a phone number to speak with a human. I paid for years subscription and the hurricane crashed my computer so I am using wife laptop and cant sign in. it wants me to pay to get help. that isn't right. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I do believe it is a right to have support with issues like this when the service has been paid for without making customer pay to get help in this type of matter.

Bluesky, Mastodon, and MeWe are social media networks that be supported as media sources to have posts from these networks to be displayed inline in a thread/post.
We can currently do this for Threads, Twitter, and other websites, etc.

Move Away rom Rivals
Move away from Rivals and back to posting the articles. Sports fans come to Yahoo Sports to get information about teams only to then have to pay for a subscription to Rivals to see the articles. Make it make sense.

It doesn't matter the browser. It's black on black. And makes typing and responding difficult.
