Distance yourself from The Horizon Gold
I suggest that you look into The Horizon Gold with whom you advertise Yahoo Finance. I have an account in which there is a balance of $88,000 USD + , I have a withdrawal request lodged on the20/01/2025 and can get no response from my manager or support. I have invested apron $30000 AUD , am able to open and close trading positions and grow my investment but can not withdraw a single cent.
I am hoping that Yahoo as an associate to this firm can enquire for me.

Bring back my old layout
I've being using Yahoo for 25+ years and it was my home page with everything I wanted to view on the main page but your new layout sucks and I can't see how to modify it. Until my old layout is returned or you provide the ability to modify the current one I will no longer use Yahoo.

I don't think Yahoo would be able to fill half a page if they left out the "**", "frees the *", "naked dress" and plain old idiotic and completely boring celebrity stories.
Oh yes, and the innumerable fake scam ads "quotiing" well known people e.g. prime ministers, millionaires/billionaires, etc, complete with fake interviews (usually from non existent, fake news organisations or purporting to be real ones) where the headlines talk about tax breaks and governments giving money away (?????) and end up spruiking scam fast money bull5hi7.

I cant access my email because your recovery support page keeps refusing to allow me past the 1st step to allow support online & wont allow me to change recovery email address for the address I need to recover!

If you delete an account for inactivity delete it properly and make the usernames available again.
So you delete email accounts due to inactivity, but you hold the usernames as unavailable why??
I wanted to log back into my old account and recover my contacts and reconnect with old friends but you have deleted the account so I cant recover contacts. I wanted to Create a new account with the same log in again so I could recover other emails that use this one as the recovery address but I cant do that either because you are holding my username ******* effectively.

I have a scam to report but how do we report this? I have a screenshot to send of Yahoo being impersonated, email titled "You have been hacked". There is no email address or enquiry form listed for Yahoo, only the dreaded 'Help Articles'. I need to contact Yahoo by email to report a scam with a screenshot.
