  2. Close down your NEWS because it fake.

    You Print Politicians Lies and have stopped People in the know from telling the TRUTH by closing the Comments. NEWS Articles are supposed to be unbiased facts, I know what I am talking about. As you have stopped People from telling the Truth, you have to shut down your Fake News as well.

  3. What's with your cookie and partner policies? They are in breach of GDPR, surely?

    Yahoo! should thoroughly review its new partner cookies policy, which I contend is in breach of GDPR. Cookies must be opt-IN not opt-out!

  4. Why has at least one of my emails just disappeared from my inbox? And why can't we contact you ******* idiots, to get some customer service?

    Yahoo acts like it gives a **** about us, its hapless customers, and responds to feedback...particularly when you are responsible for the disappearance of people's emails...like an important one in my inbox, that has simply disappeared. Stop stealing them in the first place, then we wouldn't be so ******* ****** at you!

  5. Stop allowing racism

    Stop allowing outright racism on your comments. It is disgusting what is posted on them. I am sure it is not difficult to block them, you manage to do it with swear words yet you allow outright blatant racism. It actually makes me wonder whether you condone that sort of behaviour providing it keeps up your comment numbers.

  7. Get the 'Contact Us' option working

    I have a problem with missing emails. FAQs don't have enough options, and the 'Contact Us' option doesn't work. Is it really beyond the realms of possibility to be able to send an email to Yahoo to ask for help?

  8. Teach your customer services a bit of manners and knowledge on how to do their "job"

    I haven't been able to access my account and I have never spoken to such an unhelpful team in my entire life.
    your customer service team is a joke.
    I've then had to go an create a new account to submit this because no one would help me. Both me and my partner are disgusted at the poor quality treatment we have received today

    Account Security -> Change password responds with the error:

    Service Unavailable - DNS failure
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

    This has been an ongoing issue for at least two years. I am not however going to pay you 5 quid in order to bring it to your attention. When I attempt to contact support in any fashion i encounter the same error.

    If this is not resolved in 30 days, I will be contacting the information commisioners office.Account Security -> Change password responds with the error:

  11. Fake Paypal, Amazon Emails

    Can you finally make some filters, to stop recieving automaticly sent scam,fraud and junk emails such as, fake paypal, amazon,dhl, ups and so on? I am getting tired of recieving every two days one of those saying my account is locked on amazon or paypal and so on. Guys, before you worked better.

  16. Increase in spam and bogus e-mails getting through Yahoo filters

    In the last couple of weeks I seem to be getting more spam and bogus e-mails than before - looks like the Yahoo filters are not working properly because before then, they were very effective. Has something changed? I am now more at risk from scammers.

  20. Can't recover my password without giving Oath my everything

    I tried to recover my password on my other account and I was asked to allow Oath to:
    - access my device
    - set cookies
    - use my data, including my location
    - analyse my communications, such as emails
    But there isn't a ''Don't Allow'' option. So it is mandatory.
    I just wanted to recover my password, not to find someone who wants all my info.
    I will not allow it because they tried to impose it.
    I lost both my time and my access to my other account. Thank you Yahoo and thank you Oath.
