Awful Home page needs changing back to the easy to navigate one which showed what you want immediately and doesn't require lots of scrolling.

Tell me what cookies Yahoo needs to see to stop needing extra validation on sign on
I clear cookies. I don't have a cell phone. Borrowed my sister's number as yahoo insisted I enter one. Yahoo has just started making me go through a verification process before I can sign in. I have to phone my sister to get the code! Accept landline numbers (in UK any text is auto translated to speech) or please say what cookies I need to store to stop this happening.

Spam filter not working and also treating a susbscription as spam
Something I have subscribed to, to get daily alerts from keeps ending up in my spam file. I have added it to my contacts, unsubscribed and resubscribed and added other mailings from the same website to my contacts and yet yahoo still treats it as spam. Its driving me absolutely crazy. Also, other emails that are obviously spam (bad addresses are a key) keep slipping through. This whole thing is messed up!

Reviewing recovery details
I've been having this problem with my Yahoo Mail for a 'couple of years' now and I cannot get it resolved.
My Yahoo mail keeps asking me, every few weeks, to confirm that my recovery contact details (for both my phone number and email address) are correct. EVERYTIME I confirm that they are correct, by pressing 'Looks Good'. EVERYTIME I do this, it just ignores my confirmations and its currently stating that its over a year since I confirmed that these details are correct. I've confirmed these details many, many, many times. What can I do to resolve this?

Increase in spam and bogus e-mails getting through Yahoo filters
In the last couple of weeks I seem to be getting more spam and bogus e-mails than before - looks like the Yahoo filters are not working properly because before then, they were very effective. Has something changed? I am now more at risk from scammers.

Why has at least one of my emails just disappeared from my inbox? And why can't we contact you ******* idiots, to get some customer service?
Yahoo acts like it gives a **** about us, its hapless customers, and responds to feedback...particularly when you are responsible for the disappearance of people's emails...like an important one in my inbox, that has simply disappeared. Stop stealing them in the first place, then we wouldn't be so ******* ****** at you!
