    Change your email service to recognise old accounts / sync with Google accounts properly. ACCOUNT IS LOCKED OUT / GOOGLE WON'T ENABLE LOGIN!

  3. Signing in and out

    The tickbox for 'remember me' (keep me signed in) on the login screen, should be unticked by default. Logging out should not require users to confirm their logout either. Many people will navigate away from the Yahoo screen without properly signing out, which could put their login security and account as risk.
    Please fix this.

  5. Why have all Yahoo UK News videos suddenly become "Video not available"?

    For some Yahoo News items, it shows a little video clip, or at least it used to do so. Now the image shows
    Video not available.
    Unfortunately this video is missing or damaged and cannot be played

  7. Urgent flaw: copying email text includes other emails

    Hi guys,

    I have a quite serious concern that definitely needs dealing with by your maintainance developers.

    (In yahoo mail, pro version, in Chrome browser, on Android phone Samsung Galazy P9+)

    When highlighting and copying the text of an email, and then pasting that elsewhere, THE CONTENT AND HEADERS OF A NUMBER OF OTHER RECENT EMAILS IS ALSO COPIED AND PASTED.

    I am sure that you can see, this is not only a major annoyance and sn embarrassment to Yahoo, but potentially a serious security breach.

    Indeed, worse, the additional material DID NOT APPEAR UNTIL AFTER THE PASTED MATERIAL HAD…

  8. Can you tell me why several of my contacts are receiving rogue emails that are purporting to come from my Yahoo email address?

    I can't find out the answer to the problem so have posted the question here. It is not an idea but maybe someone can post an idea of either why it is happening or indeed how to combat it. Thanks.

    Yahoo acts like it gives a **** about us, its hapless customers, and responds to feedback...particularly when you are responsible for the disappearance of people's emails...like an important one in my inbox, that has simply disappeared. Stop stealing them in the first place, then we wouldn't be so ******* ****** at you!

    I have had a yahoo.co.uk email account since 1999. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the account. Sadly, it is linked to my skype ID which can also not be accessed. Can you help?
