  4. gmail will earn another customer. Yahoo ads are a money grab on our convenience.

    here is an idea. instead of making money just to bnombard the screen with ads, why not give a choice to view ads, or delete the moment t
    they appear? yahoo needs more money for what? gmail here I come.
    after years of enjoying yahoo, they take our preference mail and change to another "new" mail that absolutely no one likes.

  5. I am having a problem logging into my account. Every time I try to log in, it says the password is invalid.

    Fix your login. Every time I have to login to my account, it says the password is invalid. I keep resetting the password, but when I try to login with it, it won't work.

    WHAT IS IT WITH YAHOO THAT THEY ARE TO **** STINGY TO OFFER REAL LIVE TECH HELP. THEY GOT HACKED AGAIN IN DEC. TWO OF MY ACCOUNTS I CANNOT LOG INTO AND HAVE WASTED A FEW DAYS AND HOURS FOLLOWING THEY LOUSY INSTRUCTIONS OVER AND OVER WITH NO RESULTS.   10. When I travel to Thailand (3 times per year) I use my AOL account to get your confirmation mail. Now AOL is doing the same thing. I cannot

    I have a premium account with Yahoo. I travel to Thailand 3 times per year. On every trip I am required to confirm by getting an email at AOL. Now AOL is doing the same thing. I spend over 13 weeks per year in Thailand and cannot login.

    You have turned the finest Email site into GARBAGE! I have had a yahoo account for 20+ years and I'm ready to dump it for Gmail. It operates so slowly I literally have to wait 30 seconds+ for it to respond to my keystrokes while it tries to load some "******** Ad".
    I know I'm only one of your "millions of customers" and you probably don't care if I leave, but I don't have any problems with Gmail or Comcast mail, so you lose. I don't have to pay for ads on the other sites for fast service.
