If it ain't broke don't fix it. This has been a saying for years and yet you can't even follow this simple rule. Bring back the old email and quit trying to pigeon hole us into using a browser we don't want.

A few months ago Yahoo insisted I change my passwords to a more secure system..
Now I have forgotten my passwords to my 20 year old account that I never forgot in twenty years... Now,I am being told I can't access the account because it is so secure Yahoo can't get me into it...WTF... This is not progress... If I had my old password I would stillbe able to get into it...and so would yahoo... Now nobody can... HELP ME... I want my account....

Believe it or not there are people like myself who do not have and do not want a mobile device so now we can't get an additional mailbox.
Allow people to open an account or an additional mailbox with just a secondary email for contacting us like it used to be. Change is not always an improvement. If I did have a cell phone I would not give you the number in any case.

You annoy us with e-mail because YOU, Yahoo!, compromised our data. (Or was that AT&T or whatever company ownes you this week?) So, when I voluntarily go in to make a change THAT I CAN REMEMBER to my e-mail password, you reject it because it's too similar, even if it's different, to the one I had previously...you know, the one that was secure for almost TWENTY YEARS until you messed me up. On March 4, 2017, 16 draft files suddenly and unexpectedly disappeared from my drafts folder. I requested restoration of lost e-mails, and several intentionally deleted e-mails reappeared in my trash folder, but the drafts did not return, and I need them. Can anyone help?

Why is my Spam box filled with ***** sites every day.
Why is my Spam box filled with ***** sites every day. I thought this trash was being blocked, meaning I don't want to even see it in any box. That includes dating sites. It's offensive. And, it is probably a major source of malware and hacking which you people seems to have lost control of PW and account info and backdoor hacking. The ***** sites do not have a 1st Amendment right to harass me daily. It's the same sites, that change one letter in the address that slips thru and changes daily. BLOCK the server IP's from these people.
