    Many times I start from the beginning such as your number :837-401 YRWMBCAQ ,VXRMNMGQ , I always complete the same procedures to get in my email ? why ? let me know , my FACEBOOK was hacked , the hacker erased all my information and now my yahoo account too ? ? please give me an answer ?

  5. Why do i have to get a code sent to my phone each time I want to login to my account. It is very time consuming and beyond frustrating!!!!

    I don't want to have go thru putting a code in and then have another code sent to my phone to login EVERYTIME I want to access my account!!!! THIS NEEDDS TO STOP!!!!

  6. Customer Support Phone #'s to speak to a real tech support person

    There are no phone #'s that are available or an email address that I can find to speak to a real person about a problem I have. Yahoo , you should all be ashamed of yourselves for such ****** customer service to your users. There is no excuse for this! I have a real problem that I need taken care of and am unable to talk to anyone due to your ****** customer service. If there is anyone from yahoo that reads this please email me so I can take care of this problem.

  7. The new procedure to send a 'code' to my 'alternate email account' is problematic. Can't see it! Signing in to another one. Stupid!

    I cannot see the 'code' you sent to my alternate email when I am in the middle of signing in to another one. This is silly! I used my password and that should be enough!

  15. SMTP Logins constantly fail with Thunderbird

    Dear supporters, i face issues every now and then (very frequent actually) sending emails via Thunderbird on OSX, while receiving emails in the same session never fails. Error message always indicate login issues. But logging in to web UI and sending from there then always succeeds. Is there anything i can do about it via my configuration?
