  2. we should NOT have to PAY to contact customer support!!!

    It is ridiculous how difficult it is to try to find answers on the HELP page, and that reaching a person means paying a monthly fee? THAT IS MESSED UP YAHOO!

    Hi there. We’d love to offer free phone support to everyone, however, free phone support is an expensive service to maintain for a free service. Most free email providers do not have any option for phone support. We care about our users, and wanted to be able to have phone support for those who want the live agent experience, and have worked hard to put together a plan that has value for everyone in order to achieve that.

    I am trying to figure out how to change my password. The advice I have received from yahoo does not work. I have found the privacy and security line but it does not take me any further.

  4. Speaking to someone about security issues during a shut done. Someone is trying vary hard to hack my email

    During this shut down. Someone from across the world is trying desperately to hack into my account. I am sure they're trying other. I need a way to just block these people at any cause.

    Need someone to speak to at a time of crisis. What happen to work at home???

    I'm not going to pay you to tell you that your system does not correctly accept my phone number. So if your robot tells you you are OK, you believe it?
