Customer support is garbage
I tried cancelling my subscription leading up to the automatic renewal deadline, but was unable to get through to the chat service that is limited to M-F, 9AM ET-6PM ET - only available during work hours, expecting customers to work around their work schedules as opposed to providing flexible times and dates throughout the week and weekend - and rarely works when you do find the time to fit it in. Had to spend six hours fighting through "OOPS!" messages and "try again later!" updates before I finally got through. Conveniently told I would be able to cancel my subscription, but no refund (despite the renewal only going through due to the site's lack of functionality and limited customer support).
No phone number anywhere, broken chat during limited hours and days, and no leniency on refunds (per our terms of service...). Just a garbage service.
