You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

    we were charged $442,64 because my son's could not come until 7/13 and his room was booked for 7/12 we contacted the Doubletree by Hilton Cleveland Downtown Lakeside and got a confirmation # on the change the hotel showed him as a no show and his room was cancelled and they say that Expedia would not refund the $442.64 to my American Express account because Expedia does not allow for any changes. We are on a fixed income and I beg you to refund the 442.64 to our account because we are not wealthy people and thought we were doing…
