  2. Look over support plans & I must say. The multimodal planning, pricing and delivery, are excellent!

    That being said, despite my respect of the planning & support offerings in general, support or rather a pre-pay of support only come into play if a client is using a product and needs support for a task(s), or if they have done something wrong, and require a detailed call for resolution, and some mistakes, may go beyond even support via screen sharing; and require a physical visit.

  5. Too much scrolling, keyboard shortcuts, confusing format

    Accessibility has become a nightmare in Neo, because it apparently didn't occur to anyone that having to move the mouse around a window more, will contribute to more problems with carpal tunnel and other repetitive stress injuries. There is entirely too much scrolling in Yahoo products now.

    In Yahoo Mail everything requires double scrolling - once in the browser, and another in the Yahoo Mail window. One scroll bar only should be necessary: the one in the browser!

  9. Improved clarity for the visually disabled

    There should be a on-tough/click option to delete items permanently from the home page. For instance, I could not care less about Yahoo News, I should be able to remove it from the home page to make it easier to access functions that I do want. "Trending" **** just adds to the frustration of trying to find what I want on a display that only shows me 1/1 to 1/8 of any page I view due to the magnification I need to read the text.

    The multiple instances I've heard from other people and personal experience I have had myself indicate that you are on the bottom of the quality spectrum with respect to email and social communication networks. In this case I get an error when I try to send emails to the people in my fantasy basketball group that my reply to address is not verified.   17. Your new finance downgrade has made the areas so small anyone with less than 20/20 vision cannot see info.

    You have CRAMMED so much into so few sections on the ipad, it cannot be seen. Anyone with less than 20/20 vision who increases the font slightly has only pieces in the various windows. Put it back! You have taken the best finance app and forced me to delete it off my ipad and phone because it is useless. WHY?? Why did you butcher your finance app?! You went from first to worst in one massive downgrade! Again, why?! If this were medieval times, there would be a line of programmers on the steps to the chopping block!

  20. Email reminders from calendar need to be more distinct

    I am a person with an Executive Function disabiliity and I rely on the calendar to help me keep track of my meetings and events.

    This upgrade would help EVERYONE!

    When I have an event i my calendar and opt ot receive an email reminder is there a way I could designate the sender as 'Calendar' instead of 'me'.
